THE BRIDGE - GREEN THUMB EDITION

Brand Identity is an aspect of the Graphic Design Industry that I am incredibly interested. I find the process of creating a visual identity for a brand interesting and exciting. For this project i chose to create a new identity for a brand called ReLeaf. They are a very small independent brand located inside of the Arlington Heights mall food court in Illinois. Their current logo makes use of the Papyrus font and tired imagery of leaves and natural textures. I wanted to bring a fresh, modern design to this brand to match their mission to “bring modern Japan to the Midwest”. To do this I decided to utilize the bright green color of matcha as my inspiration for the new design.
